Cancellation and Refund PolicyEffective 4 August 2026This policy applies to Breakdoc prepaid analysis credits and payment errors for digitally delivered services.
1. CancellationYou may leave checkout before payment is completed without charge. A completed credit purchase cannot be cancelled automatically because credits are delivered digitally after payment verification.
2. Refund eligibilityYou may request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase for credits from that purchase that remain entirely unused. Duplicate charges, a successful charge where credits were not delivered, or an incorrect amount charged are eligible for investigation and an appropriate full or partial refund.Credits already consumed for document analysis are non-refundable, except where required by law or where Breakdoc confirms that the paid service was not provided due to a fault attributable to Breakdoc.
3. How to requestEmail support@breakdoc.com from your registered email with the payment ID, order ID, payment date, amount, and reason. Do not include card numbers, CVV, OTP, UPI PIN, or banking passwords. We may request reasonable information needed to verify ownership and usage.
4. Processing and destinationApproved refunds are initiated through Razorpay to the original payment method. We aim to initiate an approved refund within five to seven business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect it. Refund timing is not controlled solely by Breakdoc.
5. Failed or pending paymentsIf money is debited but Breakdoc does not confirm payment, wait for the bank and Razorpay status to settle and contact support with the payment reference. Do not make repeated payments unless needed. Failed or reversed transactions are generally returned by the payment provider according to its timelines.
6. Abuse and statutory rightsRefunds may be refused for fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating activity, subject to applicable law. This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
