Terms and ConditionsEffective 4 August 2026These terms govern your access to Breakdoc's AI-assisted document explanation service and prepaid analysis credits.
1. Acceptance and eligibilityBy creating an account, accessing Breakdoc, or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract in India.
2. What Breakdoc providesBreakdoc uses automated and artificial-intelligence systems to explain uploaded documents, identify information, and suggest possible next steps. Outputs are informational and may contain errors or omissions.Breakdoc is not a law firm, medical provider, chartered accountant, financial adviser, government body, or emergency service. Outputs are not legal, medical, tax, financial, or other professional advice. Obtain qualified professional advice before acting on important matters.
3. Your account and documentsYou are responsible for your account, devices, and activity. Upload only documents you own or are authorised to process. Do not upload unlawful material or content that infringes privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or other rights.You remain responsible for checking every explanation against the original document. The original document controls if an explanation differs from it.
4. Credits and paymentsOne eligible analysis may be provided free. Later eligible analyses use prepaid credits at the price displayed before checkout. Credits are delivered digitally after successful backend payment verification and do not represent money, deposits, or transferable property.Payments are processed by Razorpay or another disclosed payment provider. Breakdoc does not store full card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or banking passwords. Cancellation and refund rights are described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable useDo not misuse the service, bypass limits, probe security, automate abusive traffic, introduce malware, impersonate another person, use outputs to deceive or harm, or use Breakdoc for activity prohibited by law.
6. Availability and intellectual propertyWe may update, suspend, or discontinue features for security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons. Breakdoc's software, branding, interface, and service content belong to Breakdoc or its licensors. You retain rights in documents you upload.
7. Suspension and terminationWe may restrict or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, security threats, non-payment, or violations of these Terms. You may stop using Breakdoc and request account or personal-data deletion through support.
8. Disclaimers and liabilityThe service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Breakdoc is not liable for decisions made solely from AI output, missed deadlines, indirect losses, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing law and changesThese Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to applicable consumer rights, courts with jurisdiction over Gurgaon, Haryana will have jurisdiction. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
